You will receive an email confirming your appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment on time or need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible and we can reschedule an appointment for you. Please note, if you need to cancel an appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time, you will need to call the practice on 8139 2444, as this is not possible to do using the online system.

We ask that new patients please arrive 5 minutes early in order to fill in paperwork. If you haven’t yet fill out the New Patient Registration form, you can download it here.

Please note, a $10 surcharge applies to Saturday morning consultations.

Dulwich Family Practice now uses Welio for video consultations.

Welio is a smart phone application (App) which allows you to have video or voice calls with your doctor, in a highly secure way. Built using the latest technologies and securely hosted on an Australian based military/government grade security Microsoft Azure server, Welio is a great addition to our Practice.

In order to use Welio you will need to download it on your phone from the Apple App store or Google Play Store.
